If it were possible rating would be 5+++. We purchased a used spa with no information. Stopped in Powers office and Benji stated he come out and take a look. He was fantastic. We are now on a monthly schedule til we feel comfortable. Very professional and helpful. Not always easy to communicate with the older generation. He was just awesome per my husband. My husband stated he was treated like a person not a dollar sign.

We just had our new Bullfrog spa delivered and setup. Nick did an excellent job reviewing all of the details, chemicals and ongoing maintenance of the spa. He was patient, caring and considerate. I would highly recommend Quality Water for all of your needs!

I have been a customer of Quality Water since 1995. My first water softener lasted 25 years, with very little issues. Just installed a new water softner on September 3rd, 2021. Hard working, friendly, honest people

So this may sound like I’m pandering, but I am absolutely not. My wife and I own a lodge on the shore of Lake superior with a very poor water table. When we purchased the property we hired two other companies to try to troubleshoot it, and at least make the well water tolerable, but to no avail. I reached out to Nick and his team at Quality Water Specialists and they came up with a confident solution that we have now had in place over three years. It produces hospital Quality Water all the time. Since then, we’ve had at least three of our neighbors reach out to them with the same results. They are timely, professional, and fair and we are grateful to have an ongoing relationship with them . (of course they take care of our Bullfrog hot tub as well:)
